Terms of Service

By booking a stay with TRA Properties LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern your reservation, your stay, and our relationship as host and guest.

Reservations & payment

Reservations are confirmed once payment is processed in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in instructions are sent via email 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM local time; check-out by 11:00 AM. Variations are accommodated when possible — please ask.

House rules

  • No smoking inside any property.
  • Pets considered on a case-by-case basis — ask before booking.
  • No parties or events without prior written approval.
  • Maximum occupancy stated on the listing must not be exceeded.

Damage & liability

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned within 7 business days of checkout, provided the property is left in its original condition.
