Nightly bookings, 2-night minimum
Full refund
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in
Get back 100% of what you paid.
Partial refund
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
Get back 50% of every night. The service fee is non-refundable.
No refund
Cancellations made after check-in
This reservation is non-refundable.

Time-based cutoffs are based on the local time zone of the listing.
How to cancel
Email payment@traproperties.com with your reservation details and we'll handle the rest. Most refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
Scheduled payments
If you're on a scheduled-payment plan (most monthly stays), your refund or remaining balance is calculated based on the cancellation tier above and any payments already made or scheduled. Reach out and we'll walk you through the specifics for your stay.
